The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and legal work status in the United States. Preferred experience and diagnostic software knowledge are a plus; pay ranges from $31.55 to $36.30 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must provide and maintain personal maintenance tools.
• Read, write, communicate and comprehend the English language to perform the job and understand instructions.

Aufgaben

• Repairs and maintains systems and parts on class 6, 7, and 8 powered tractors.
• Diagnoses failures and repairs mechanical, electric, and systems.
• Uses hydraulic jacks to gain access underneath vehicles.
• Assists in engine, transmission, differential, and spring replacements.
• Troubleshoots heavy-duty truck engine, braking, electrical, and exhaust systems.
• Documents repairs, inspections, and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborates with partners for training and assistance on complex repairs.
• Tests vehicles after repairs to ensure proper function.
