Pay Rate: 33.70 - 38.45 per hour, based on experience. Minimum qualifications include 18+, high school diploma or GED, US work authorization, personal tools, and strong English proficiency. Preferred: 2 years of diesel mechanic experience and diagnostic software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Read, write, communicate and comprehend the English language.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must provide and maintain personal maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains systems and parts for class 6–8 powered tractors.
• Diagnoses failures and repairs mechanical, electric, and systems.
• Uses hydraulic jacks to access underneath vehicles.
• Assists in replacing engines, transmissions, differentials, and springs.
• Troubleshoots heavy-duty truck engines, braking, electrical, and exhaust systems.
• Documents and repairs inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborates with partners for training and assistance on complex repairs.
• Tests vehicles after repairs to ensure proper function.
