Heavy Civil Site Development Company is seeking a Superintendent with utilities experience to guide field activities on multiple projects in Central SC. You will lead foremen and crews, enforce MSHA/OSHA compliance, and coordinate with project engineers to ensure on-time material submission and layout accuracy.

Qualifications

• MSHA and OSHA regulations knowledge required.
• Experience operating heavy equipment (dozers, loaders, excavators, etc.).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead field activities on projects ensuring safety, quality, and schedule goals.
• Manage foremen and crew across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with Project Engineer for material submission, layout, and timely deliveries.
• Maintain erosion controls and MSHA compliance.
