Qualifications

• Knowledge of paving, underground, concrete and grading practices.
• Understanding of union agreements and prevailing wage issues.
• Ability to work in high production environments.
• Demonstrated decision-making and leadership abilities.
• Strong supervisory communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast project revenue and cost to meet profitability goals.
• Coordinate with estimators to establish budget.
• Lead estimating on vertically integrated projects for bid-to-build process.
• Coordinate resources to meet project schedule and plans.
• Participate in bid review and bid closing with estimating team.
• Develop startup plans and kickoff for new projects.
• Facilitate environment for effective project communication among team.
• Maintain proper job controls: quantities, costs, revenue, and schedule.
• Build long-term client relationships with owners and subcontractors.
• Deliver accurate construction reports for continuous performance improvement.
• Execute projects at profitability levels above target margins.
• Support corporate safety initiatives and safe work practices.
