A well-established heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee bridge, parking structure, and DOT-related construction projects throughout the Denver area.

Manage multiple heavy civil projects from startup through closeout
Oversee budgets, job costs, billing, forecasting, and change orders
Process and track RFIs, submittals, project documents, and schedules
Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor manpower, productivity, equipment costs, and overall project performance
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Support estimating and pricing for change orders
Ensure projects meet company safety and quality standards
5+ years of project managing experience in heavy civil construction
Bridge or parking structure construction experience
DOT or CDOT project experience
Experience with Viewpoint or Sage
Strong experience managing RFIs, budgets, schedules, billing, and change orders
Experience with MS Project and/or Primavera
Strong knowledge of construction plans, specifications, and project documentation
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
