Job summary

Mohr Talent in Aurora, CO seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee bridge, parking structure, and DOT-related construction projects across the Denver area.

You will own projects from startup to closeout, manage budgets, change orders, schedules, and RFIs, and coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in heavy civil construction.
• Bridge or parking structure experience and DOT/CDOT exposure.
• Experience with RFIs, budgets, schedules, billing, and change orders.
• Familiar with Viewpoint or Sage, MS Project and Primavera.
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple heavy civil projects from startup to closeout.
• Oversee budgets, job costs, billing, forecasting, and change orders.
• Process RFIs, submittals, documents, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, subs, and suppliers.
• Monitor manpower, productivity, equipment costs, and project performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure schedule adherence.
