Job summary

B&S Site Development in the United States seeks a Heavy Civil Foreman to oversee on-site operations on our mission-critical civil projects. You will serve as the primary point of contact between field crews and site management, ensuring work is completed safely and per plans.

This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and a solid understanding of construction methods and safety protocols. We offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of underground utility experience (with 1+ year in a leadership role preferred).
• Strong understanding of utility installation methods and safety requirements.
• Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, utility installation, and site layout.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and grade stakes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and in various weather conditions.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate crew activities on-site.
• Oversee installation of storm, water, and sanitary sewer systems.
• Ensure work meets project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation.
• Lead by example and enforce safety protocols.
• Assist with training and mentoring crew members.
