B&S Site Development is seeking a Heavy Civil Foreman to oversee and coordinate on-site operations at construction projects. You will act as the primary liaison between field crews and site management, ensuring work is safe, efficient, and aligned with plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of underground utility experience, with 1+ year in a leadership role preferred.
• Strong understanding of utility installation methods and safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and grade stakes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate crew activities on-site.
• Oversee installation of storm, water, and sanitary sewer systems.
• Ensure work meets project plans, specs, and safety standards.
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation.
• Lead by example and enforce safety protocols.
• Assist with training and mentoring crew members.
