Michels Construction, Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking a Heavy Civil Estimator / Project Manager to drive successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects from pre-construction through completion.

You will prepare accurate estimates, secure work, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate project execution while building strong client relationships. This role requires independent work, forward thinking, and a results-driven approach.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent from a 4-year college or university
• 5+ years of related concrete, heavy civil construction estimating experience
• Experience with earthwork, underground utilities, roadway, site development, concrete, or other infrastructure projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of estimating and scheduling software (HCSS, B2W)
• Must possess a valid driver license and acceptable driving record
• Position requires travel for jobsite visits, pre-bid meetings, and pre-construction meetings
