Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking a Heavy Civil Estimator / Project Manager to lead pre-construction through project completion on major heavy civil projects in Wisconsin. You will prepare estimates, secure work, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate execution, and foster client relationships.

The role requires independent work, accuracy, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. Travel to sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent.
• 5+ years of heavy civil construction estimating experience.
• Experience with earthwork, underground utilities, roadway or site development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software HCSS/B2W.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and secure work from clients.
• Manage budgets and project schedules from pre-construction to completion.
• Coordinate project execution and maintain strong client relationships.
