You will prepare accurate estimates, secure work, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate execution while building strong client relationships. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of heavy civil estimating experience, proficiency with MS Office, and knowledge of HCSS/B2W.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent.
• 5+ years of heavy civil/construction estimating experience.
• Experience with earthwork, underground utilities, roadway, site development, concrete, or other infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of estimating and scheduling software (HCSS, B2W).
• Must possess a valid driver license and be able to travel for jobsite visits.

We are seeking a Heavy Civil Estimator / Project Manager to support the successful delivery of heavy civil construction projects from pre-construction through project completion. This role is responsible for preparing accurate estimates, securing work, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating project execution, and building strong client relationships. What it takes:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, or equivalent degree from a 4-year college or university
• 5+ years of related concrete, heavy civil construction estimating experience, or equivalent combination
• Experience with earthwork, underground utilities, roadway, site development, concrete, or other infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of estimating and scheduling software (HCSS, B2W)
• Must posses a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
• Position requires travel for jobsite visits, pre-bid meetings, and pre-construction meeting
