Job summary

Michels Construction, Inc. in Montgomery, IL is seeking a Heavy Civil Estimator/Project Manager to support delivery from pre-construction through project completion. You will prepare estimates, secure work, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate execution, and foster strong client relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in construction management, 5+ years in heavy civil estimating, and travel for site visits. Proficiency in MS Office and estimating software (HCSS, B2W) is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent.
• 5+ years of heavy civil construction estimating experience.
• Experience with earthwork, utilities, roadways, site development, concrete or similar infrastructure.

Responsibilities
