Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent; prior yarn/manufacturing experience is preferred and on-the-job training is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Successful completion of all required on the job training.
• Successful completion of all required health and environmental safety training.
• Previous Yarn or Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heatset machinery to meet quality, production, and efficiency goals.
• Thread and repair breakouts to maintain efficiency and meet production standards.
• Identify yarn quality during production runs.
• Select and stage tubes for winder operation.
• Doff finished yarn packages as required.
• Run crewing and winding side when needed.
• Use black light to check for mispicks and ensure no mixes.
• Attend job-related training deemed necessary by supervision.
• Follow all established safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform general housekeeping and other tasks assigned by management.
