Job summary

Mohawk Industries is hiring for a SUPERBA OPERATOR - B Shift. The role involves safely operating heatset machinery to meet quality, production and efficiency targets, and serving as the primary finish application source in yarn conversion.

You’ll perform routine tasks, maintain yarn quality, and participate in safety and training as required. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and may have prior yarn or manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Successful completion of all required on-the-job training.
• Previous Yarn or Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heatset machinery to meet quality, production, and efficiency goals.
• Function as a primary source of finish application in yarn conversion.
• Attend job-related training deemed necessary by supervision.
• Follow all established SOPs and safety procedures.
