Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of all required on-the-job training
• Required health and environmental safety training
• Previous yarn or manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heatset machinery to meet quality, production, and efficiency goals.
• Thread and repair breakouts to maintain efficiency and meet production standards
• Proactively identify yarn quality during production runs
• Select and stage tubes for winder operation
• Doff finished yarn packages as required
• Run creeling and winding side when needed
• Attend job-related training deemed necessary by supervision
• Follow all established SOPs and safety procedures
• Perform general housekeeping duties as necessary
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
