The Sales Application Specialist assists with all aspects of Heating equipment projects including making equipment selections, pricing, discounts, order entry, and submittal processes as required, from beginning to end. Also assists Sales Engineers with the administration, implementation, and management of equipment projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2+ years in sales support or technical customer service and pricing/quoting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy required.
• Experience generating submittals, coordinating pricing and vendor quotes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select and validate equipment size, configuration, voltage and options from plans and proposals.
• Review plans and specs to ensure accurate quantities and configurations.
• Enter orders and prepare equipment and vendor orders; track lead times and ship dates.
• Support sales by developing preliminary or final submittals as required.
• Verify pricing and update coordination worksheets; manage discounts in CRM.
• Obtain and validate vendor submittals and distribute final submittals.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist with startups, warranty claims, and post-sale follow-ups.
