Job summary

Icon Boiler is seeking a Sales Application Specialist to assist with heating equipment projects from selection to submittal, pricing, and order entry. You will support Sales Engineers with administrative tasks and manage equipment project details to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in sales support or technical customer service, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to type 45 wpm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales support or technical customer service with pricing and quoting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and basic computer skills; ability to type 45 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Select and validate heating equipment size, voltage, options based on plans and proposals.
• Review plans, specs, and transition documents to validate quantities and configurations.
• Enter orders, prepare equipment and vendor orders, track lead times and ship dates.
• Support sales by developing preliminary and final submittals as required.
• Verify pricing and coordinate with the team; enter discounts in CRM and maintain job files.
• Coordinate with parts, service and controls to solve customer problems and schedule service work.
