Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in the Greater Hartford area is expanding its locally owned and veteran-owned team within a trusted national brand. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems while explaining options to homeowners without hard sales pressure.

You’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and document each visit to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HVAC service, troubleshooting, maintenance, or repair experience.
• Residential background preferred; light-commercial and facilities experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Use electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to pinpoint issues and verify proper operation.
• Educate homeowners on system performance and repair choices.
• Document each visit, communicate clearly with customers and teammates, and keep your vehicle/work areas organized.
