One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is expanding in the Greater Hartford area and seeks an experienced HVAC technician. You will perform maintenance and repair on residential heating and cooling systems, diagnose issues, and explain repair options to homeowners without high-pressure sales tactics.

You’ll work with a team, document visits, and uphold craftsmanship and integrity while growing into leadership roles as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on HVAC service, troubleshooting, maintenance, or repair experience.
• Residential background preferred; light-commercial and facilities experience welcome.
• Curiosity, pride in your craft, and clear communication.
• No management experience required—technical excellence first, leadership opportunities as we grow.

• Educate homeowners on system performance and repair choices.

What you’ll bring
