Job summary

Jetson is hiring experienced HVAC installers to lead full heat pump system installs, replacing gas equipment and delivering a flawless home upgrade. You’ll work in in-person settings with a focus on quality, safety, and clear communication with homeowners.

You will read blueprints, follow codes, and collaborate with our engineering team to continually raise the bar in residential electrification. A valid HVACR license and EPA 608 certification are required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC install experience in attics/crawlspaces
• HVACR licence required
• EPA 608 certification or in progress
• Clear, professional communication with customers and teammates

Responsibilities

• Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish
• Perform refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and charging
• Prepare spaces after removal of old equipment
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to install accurately
• Ensure compliance with local building codes
• Deliver standout customer experience and address concerns
• Maintain organized, well-stocked vehicles and warehouse
• Collaborate with other installers and engineering to improve processes
