Jetson is seeking experienced HVAC Installers to join our team on the front lines of the clean energy transition. You will replace aging gas equipment with fully functional heat pump systems and ensure customer satisfaction on every site.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on residential HVAC install experience, including attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces.
• HVACR licence (required).
• EPA Section 608 Certification (required or actively in progress).
• Reads blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of local building codes and compliance.
• Strong refrigerant handling skills — recovery, evacuation, and charging.
• Excellent communication with customers and teammates.
• Physically capable of handling heavy equipment.
• Experience with heat pumps or mini-splits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish — including removing existing gas furnaces and air conditioning equipment and leaving the space clean and ready.
• Execute refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and proper charging with care and precision.
• Prep spaces after equipment removal so the new install starts on the right foot.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to execute installs accurately and troubleshoot confidently.
• Stay current on local building codes and ensure every job is compliant before you wrap.
• Deliver a standout customer experience — answer questions clearly and address concerns on the spot.
• Catch quality issues early and speak up when something needs to be corrected.
• Maintain organized, well-stocked vehicles and warehouse as part of your daily routine.
• Collaborate with fellow installers and our engineering team to flag better ways of doing things.
