Jetson Home Inc. is seeking experienced HVAC Installers to install heat pump systems in residential settings around Atlanta, GA. You will replace aging gas equipment and ensure a flawless, compliant installation that leaves homeowners excited about their upgrade.

You will work on the front lines of the clean energy transition, collaborating with a team to continuously improve processes and deliver high-quality results in varied environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on residential HVAC install experience in attics, crawlspaces, or tight spaces.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Strong refrigerant handling and regulatory knowledge.
• Proficient in ensuring code compliance and high-quality work.
• Clear communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, removing old gas equipment.
• Perform refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and proper charging with care.
• Prepare spaces after removal to ensure a smooth start for new installs.
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to install accurately and troubleshoot.
