Responsibilities

• Implement area-specific operational and quality plans linked to PCC, Hospitals and Vanderbilt Clinic goals.
• Liaise with physician and Transplant Center leadership to promote a collaborative work environment.
• Contribute to system quality initiatives, care protocols and evidence-based activities.
• Ensure the unit's optimal performance by engaging in effective problem solving for staff, patients and families.
• Promote organ donation and transplantation education.
• Provide education and guidance to staff on clinical standards; coach subordinates.
