Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. in Munster, IN invites a Cardiologist (Heart Failure Specialist) for a full-time, permanent role.

Base salary range is $550,000–$650,000+ with RVU incentives and a negotiable sign-on bonus, plus relocation support. The position covers inpatient and outpatient heart failure care, advanced HF management, remote monitoring, diagnostic procedures, and clinical leadership within a collaborative team.

Formación

• MD or DO with ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency and Cardiovascular Disease fellowship.
• Fellowship training or specialized clinical focus in Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology.
• Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease; BC/BE in Advanced Heart Failure.
• Active or eligible for state medical license, DEA, and state controlled substance registrations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive heart failure management across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Diagnose and treat complex cardiomyopathies and advanced HF using GDMT.
• Manage outpatient IV diuretics and remote hemodynamic monitoring to prevent decompensation.
• Perform diagnostic workups including echocardiography and right heart catheterizations.
• Provide physician oversight for Heart Failure NPs/PAs within a team.
• Collaborate with Structural Heart, EP, Rehab, Palliative Care, and Dietetics teams.
• Lead initiatives on readmission reduction, GDMT optimization, and quality metrics.
• Work with general cardiologists, PCPs, and hospitalists to streamline referrals.
