Sun Recruiting, Inc. represents a health system in Indiana seeking a Cardiologist specializing in Heart Failure. The role covers inpatient and outpatient care, and leadership of Heart Failure APPs, with collaboration across Structural Heart and EP teams.

The compensation targets range from $550,000 to $650,000+ base annually, with wRVU incentives and negotiable sign‑on. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided; Indiana medical license is required and H-1B considered.

Formación

• MD/DO with ACGME Internal Medicine residency and Cardiology fellowship.
• Fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology.
• Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease; BC/BE in Advanced Heart Failure.
• Active or eligible for Indiana medical license; DEA and controlled substances registrations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive heart failure management across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Diagnose and treat complex cardiomyopathies and advanced heart failure.
• Manage outpatient IV diuretics and remote monitoring technologies including implantable devices.
• Perform echocardiography, nuclear imaging, and right heart catheterizations.
• Lead HF APPs (Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants) in a collaborative team.
• Collaborate with Structural Heart, EP, Cardiac Rehab, Palliative Care, Dietetics and Social Work.
