Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Indiana (Munster) is seeking a Cardiologist specializing in Heart Failure to join our permanent, direct-hire team. This full-time role provides inpatient and outpatient HF care, with emphasis on Guideline-Directed Medical Therapy (GDMT) and collaborative multidisciplinary management.

Competitive target compensation of $550,000–$650,000+ base, plus RVU incentives and sign-on options; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease.
• Fellowship training in Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology.
• Board certification in Cardiovascular Disease; BC/BE in Advanced Heart Failure.
• Active or eligible for Indiana medical license, DEA, and state registrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive heart failure management in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Diagnose and treat complex cardiomyopathies and advanced heart failure using GDMT.
• Manage outpatient therapies and remote monitoring to prevent decompensation.
• Perform diagnostic workups including echocardiography and imaging.
• Provide physician oversight for Heart Failure NPs/PAs within a collaborative model.
• Collaborate with Structural Heart, EP, Rehab, Palliative Care, Dietitians and Social Work.
• Lead hospital quality initiatives and GDMT optimization across programs.
• Engage a broad referral network with general cardiologists and hospitalists.

Education

MD/DO with ACGME Internal Medicine residency and Cardiovascular Disease fellowship

Fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology

Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease; BC/BE in Advanced Heart Failure

Active Indiana medical license, DEA, and state registrations
