KingRecruitingServices is assisting a leading health system in Indiana with a recruitment for a Cardiologist specializing in heart failure. The position offers a full-time, permanent role with flexible hours, no general cardiology calls, and a target compensation of $550,000–$650,000+ base salary plus wRVU incentives and negotiable sign-on.

Responsibilities include inpatient and outpatient heart failure care, GDMT optimization, remote monitoring, and collaboration with structural heart and EP

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Cardiovascular Disease fellowship (ACGME) and board certification.
• Experience in advanced heart failure management and transplant cardiology.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide inpatient and outpatient heart failure care across services.
• Diagnose and manage complex heart failure and GDMT optimization.
• Oversee Heart Failure APPs/PA/NPs within a collaborative team.
• Lead program development and quality initiatives within the health system.
• Engage with referral networks to ensure integrated care.
