United Future is seeking a Cardiologist (Heart Failure Specialist) to lead comprehensive heart failure care across inpatient and outpatient settings. The role focuses on GDMT, advanced therapies, and a collaborative team approach with NPs/PAs.

Expect a robust compensation package aligned with MGMA benchmarks, with sign-on and relocation options. The candidate will oversee a dedicated heart failure team and partner with several subspecialties to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency and Cardiovascular Disease fellowship.
• Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease; BC/BE in Advanced Heart Failure.

Responsabilités

• Inpatient & Outpatient clinical care for heart failure across services.
• Lead advanced heart failure management and GDMT protocols.
• Manage remote monitoring and outpatient therapies, including implantable devices.
• Perform echocardiography, nuclear imaging, and invasive diagnostic procedures.
• Provide physician oversight for Heart Failure NPs/PAs in a collaborative team.
• Collaborate with Structural Heart, EP, Cardiac Rehab, and other teams.
• Drive program development and quality metrics to reduce readmissions.
