Talent With Heart in Indiana is seeking a Cardiologist specializing in Heart Failure to lead complex patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings. You will drive GDMT adoption, oversee Heart Failure APRNs/PAs, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

The role offers a high base salary in the $550k–$650k+ range with RVU incentives, sign-on and relocation support, and comprehensive benefits. Flexible scheduling and strong CME generosity are included.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with ACGME Internal Medicine residency and Cardiovascular Disease fellowship.
• Fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology.
• Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease; BC/BE in Advanced Heart Failure.

Responsabilités

• Inpatient and outpatient clinical care for heart failure patients across services and clinics.
• Diagnose and treat complex cardiomyopathies and advanced heart failure with GDMT.
• Manage outpatient therapies and remote monitoring to prevent decompensation.
• Perform diagnostic workups including echocardiography and nuclear imaging.
• Provide physician oversight for Heart Failure APRNs/PAs in a collaborative model.
• Collaborate with Structural Heart, EP, Cardiac Rehab, and other teams on care pathways.
• Lead quality initiatives, readmission reduction, and GDMT optimization.
