Qualifications
- MD or DO with ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency and Cardiovascular Disease fellowship.
- Board certification in Cardiovascular Disease; BC/BE in Advanced Heart Failure.
- Active or eligible for state medical license, DEA, and state controlled substances registrations.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive heart failure management across inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Diagnose and treat complex cardiomyopathies using guideline-directed therapy.
- Manage remote monitoring technologies to adjust treatment plans.
- Perform echocardiography, nuclear imaging, and diagnostic right heart catheterizations.
- Provide oversight for Heart Failure APPs within a collaborative practice.
