Modern Machining Solutions Inc seeks an experienced Cardiologist (Heart Failure Specialist) to lead inpatient and outpatient heart failure care, manage advanced therapies, and guide a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes GDMT optimization, remote monitoring, and collaboration with structural and electrophysiology teams.
The position offers a competitive base salary aligned with MGMA benchmarks, sign-on and relocation options, comprehensive benefits, and six weeks of flexible time off.
Qualifications
- MD or DO with cardiovascular training and board certification.
- Fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology is required.
- Active or eligible state license, DEA, and registrations are required.
Responsabilités
- Provide inpatient and outpatient heart failure care across services.
- Lead advanced heart failure management and GDMT optimization.
- Utilize remote monitoring and outpatient therapies to prevent decompensation.
- Perform diagnostic workups including echocardiography and imaging.
- Oversee Heart Failure NPs/PAs within a collaborative team.
- Collaborate with Structural Heart, EP, Rehab, and other teams.
- Lead quality initiatives, readmission reduction, and pathways.
