Ashton North LLC is seeking a Cardiologist (Heart Failure Specialist) to oversee inpatient and outpatient care, lead advanced heart failure management, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Indiana. The role emphasizes GDMT-based treatment, remote monitoring, and program development.

The position offers a substantial base salary aligned with MGMA benchmarks, performance incentives, and a negotiable sign-on bonus, with flexible relocation options and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• MD or DO with ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency and Cardiovascular Disease fellowship.
• Fellowship training or specialized clinical focus in Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology.
• Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease; BC/BE in Advanced Heart Failure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide inpatient and outpatient heart failure management across services.
• Diagnose and treat complex cardiomyopathies with GDMT and modern protocols.
• Manage remote monitoring and outpatient therapies with proactive adjustments.
• Perform diagnostic workups including echocardiography, nuclear imaging, and right heart catheterizations.
• Provide physician oversight for Heart Failure NPs/PAs within a collaborative model.
• Collaborate with Structural Heart, EP, Rehab, Dietitians, and Social Work for holistic care.
• Lead initiatives on readmission reduction, GDMT optimization, and quality metrics.
• Engage with referrers to streamline care pathways.
