Mercy Audiology is seeking a Hearing Technician to support both clinical and administrative tasks in our Audiology department. You will perform hearing screenings, gather patient histories, assist with front desk workflows, and collaborate with audiologists to ensure high-quality patient care.

This role offers stable daytime hours in a full-time schedule, with opportunities to work with infants, families and adults while advancing audiology services and technology within a nationally recognized

Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed.
• Ability to work independently and accurately.
• Customer-focused approach with passion for helping patients and families.

Mansioni

• Perform hearing screenings using OAE and ABR methods.
• Obtain and document patient and family history.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Assist with patient check-in, registration, scheduling, and front desk workflows.
• Support hearing aid services including non-billable maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with audiologists to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Follow safety, infection prevention, confidentiality and patient rights policies.
• Adapt schedules to meet patient volume and operational needs.
• Learn and implement new audiology technologies and equipment.
