Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to assist licensed dispensers at the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in White Bear Lake, MN. This on-site role focuses on engaging customers, scheduling tests, and promoting hearing health through community outreach and relationship building.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, driving test appointments, cross-selling non-hearing aid products, and supporting growth while maintaining strong customer service and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Have a working knowledge of all HAC products and services.
• Set the stage for tests and full purchases when interacting with Members.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled tests daily.
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Assist with calling past tested Members for follow-ups.
• Promote the HAC during club events and outreach activities.
• Work mostly in-club walking/intercepting and setting tests.
