Job summary

Beltone is seeking a dependable Hearing Care Technician to be the friendly face of our practice. You will manage front desk tasks, assist patients with orientations, and provide basic technical support for hearing instruments and app pairing.

In this dual-role position, you will coordinate patient scheduling with providers, access managed care portals, collect copays, and troubleshoot device issues over the phone or in-office. Monday–Friday, 40 hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred in a medical setting.
• Experience working in a clinic environment and with patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and patient check-in/out.
• Assist patients with orientations and basic device troubleshooting.
• Coordinate scheduling with providers and entry of appointment data in care portals.
• Handle copays, insurance deductibles, and balance payments at point of service.
