Job summary

Beltone is seeking a Hearing Care Technician to be the friendly face of our practice. You will manage front desk operations, assist patients with orientations, and provide basic technical support for hearing instruments and App pairing.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, entering data in portals, collecting copays, and handling follow-up calls to troubleshoot device issues. Offices in Pottsville, Hazleton, Lehighton, Lebanon, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience in a medical setting is preferred.
• Experience in a medical clinic environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage front office operations and patient check-in/out.
• Assist patients with orientation and basic hearing instrument support.
• Coordinate patient schedules and enter appointment data.
• Collect copays, manage payments, and balance transactions.
• Troubleshoot hearing aid issues via phone or in-office visits.
