Job summary

Beltone is seeking a Hearing Care Technician to join our professional office environment. You will be the face of our practice, handling front desk duties, patient orientations, and basic technical support for hearing instruments and App care.

The role requires patient-focused service, strong organization, and the ability to coordinate with providers across multiple locations in PA. Full-time, 40 hours/week, $20/hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; customer service and medical clinic experience preferred.
• Available Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–4:30 PM with travel between Hazleton and Lehighton locations.
• Comfort using medical portals and entering patient/billing data accurately.
• Strong communication and front-desk skills to assist patients and coordinate with the provider.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk check-in/check-out and maintain a welcoming office environment.
• Assist patients with face-to-face hearing aid orientations and basic device support.
• Coordinate appointments and enter patient data; collect copays and balance transactions.
• Troubleshoot basic hearing aid issues and coordinate with providers for care appointments.
