Job summary

Beltone is seeking a dependable Hearing Care Technician to join our team across our Hazleton and other PA locations. You will manage front desk operations, assist patients with orientations, and provide basic technical support for hearing instruments and app pairing.

In this full-time role, you will coordinate schedules with providers, handle copays, enter data in managed care portals, and ensure a welcoming, patient-focused environment while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, Customer Service Experience, Medical Clinic Experience.
• Experience handling payments, collecting copays, and balancing transactions.
• Familiarity with accessing medical or managed care portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk check-in/check-out and maintain a welcoming office environment.
• Coordinate patient schedules with the provider and manage calendar effectively.
• Assist patients with hearing aid orientations and basic technical support.
• Enter accurate appointment data and process copays and billing.
• Troubleshoot device issues and arrange in-office care appointments.
