Job summary

Beltone is seeking a Hearing Care Technician to be the friendly face of the practice, handling front desk tasks as well as basic technical support for hearing aids and app pairing. You will coordinate patient schedules, enter accurate data in managed care portals, and assist with copays and insurance verifications.

The role combines patient care, technical support, and administrative duties in a fast-paced clinic environment across multiple PA locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical clinic environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and patient check-in/out.
• Assist patients with hearing aid orientations and basic technical support.
• Coordinate patient schedules and entry of appointment data in portals.
• Collect copays and balance daily transactions.
• Troubleshoot hearing aid issues over the phone and in-office.
• Maintain communication between provider and patients about care plans.
