Job summary

HearUSA, part of the WSA family, is seeking an Audiology/Hearing Aid Specialist to join our network of centers. You will evaluate and fit hearing aids, provide personalized recommendations, and support ongoing client care to deliver Simply Excellent Hearing Care.

The role requires an active state license in Audiology or hearing aid dispensing, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience interacting with customers/clients.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and fitting for clients.
• Demonstrate hearing aids and provide personalized recommendations.
• Perform routine follow-ups, cleanings, checks and repairs.
• Maintain ear impressions, earmold modification, and ALD accessories.
• Support center revenue growth and participate in local outreach.
