HearUSA is seeking a licensed audiologist/hearing aid dispenser for our Florida network. You will evaluate hearing needs, fit devices, demonstrate usage, and provide personalized care to clients across our centers.

You’ll lead follow-ups, repairs, and impressions while engaging with local physicians and marketing efforts to grow the center. Join a team that values Going Beyond Together and Changing Lives through Simply Excellent Hearing Care, with ongoing CEUs and career development

Competenze

• Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing.
• Strong patient communication and counseling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced healthcare setting.

Mansioni

• Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, fitting and selection for clients with best-practice approaches.
• Routinely demonstrate hearing aids and create personalized sound experiences for clients.
• Evaluate results with clients to make informed recommendations maximizing benefits.
• Perform follow-ups, cleaning, checks, repairs, and impression taking as needed.
• Collaborate with District managers and team leads to grow center revenue and reach.
• Build local community outreach and physician marketing activities quarterly.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation and referrals for all clients.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current on technologies.
