WS Audiology USA in Flint is seeking a Retail Sales Coordinator to be the frontline ambassador for hearing care services within a retail environment. You will generate leads, book appointments for hearing evaluations, support providers, and manage client records while ensuring HIPAA compliance and a professional center atmosphere.

You will drive sales targets, engage with clients, and coordinate with marketing to optimize center performance.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in customer-facing, retail, or sales roles (Hearing Aid Technician, Hearing Industry).
• Proven ability to meet performance or sales targets is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive appointment bookings and support providers.
• Generate leads and convert them into booked appointments for hearing evaluations.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments; maintain client records with data integrity.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text; respond promptly to inquiries.
• Assist in hearing aid orders, repairs, inventory, and follow-up processes.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming center environment and HIPAA/privacy compliance.
