Job summary

WS Audiology USA is seeking a Retail Sales Coordinator to act as the frontline ambassador in a retail hearing care environment. You will drive appointment bookings, support clinical providers, and deliver an exceptional client experience with a consultative approach.

You will generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records while assisting with product readiness, order fulfillment, and follow-up processes. This role emphasizes strong communication and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in customer-facing, retail, or sales roles (Hearing Aid Technician, Hearing Industry).
• Proven ability to meet performance or sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the frontline ambassador for hearing care services within a retail environment.
• Identify hearing needs through consultative conversations and assist proctors with screenings.
• Generate and convert leads into booked appointments and manage referrals.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments; maintain accurate client records.
