Qualifications

• 2+ years in a health care environment preferred
• Previous customer service experience required
• HIPAA regulations knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive, professional attitude
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups for patients
• Verify insurance benefits and details for visits
• Assist with payments, deposits, and billing tasks
• Maintain accurate patient files and notes
• Provide first-level support to patients and staff

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
