You will prepare menu items following recipes, maintain kitchen safety, and support the Bistro and LifeCafe operations during busy shifts. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift 20 lbs, CPR/AED and ServSafe certifications within designated timelines, and prior restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to routinely lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand and move about the cafe for extended periods.
• ServSafe certification required within 90 days of hire.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to daily Bistro needs including stocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness and safety.
• Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping and washing dishes.
• Manages the flow of food production with sandwich and salad stations.
• Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness and quality of ingredients.
