Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect for Digital Native Business (Healthtech). You will lead the technical strategy for healthtech customers, owning architecture discussions and platform adoption, and serving as a trusted advisor to customer technical leads and architects.

You will work with data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics, delivering production-grade solutions across cloud environments. Requires 6+ years experience and strong Python/SQL coding skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture or senior technical roles.
• Strong coding in Python and SQL with live coding ability.
• Expertise in distributed data systems architecture and lakehouse patterns.
• Experience with production deployments on cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proven ability to lead architecture discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication translating architecture to business value.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Desired healthcare domain knowledge or pharma/biotech exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery to deployment.
• Lead complex architecture discussions across data engineering, ML/AI, and analytics.
• Serve as trusted advisor to customer architects and engineering leads.
• Drive technical wins by demonstrating Databricks differentiation.
• Develop an emerging technical specialization for the team.
• Orchestrate cross-functional resources to deliver solutions.
