Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, technical pre-sales, or senior hands-on role.
• Strong coding in Python and SQL with live coding and debugging skills.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems architecture and lakehouse patterns.
• Proficient on the Databricks Platform with a developing specialization.
• Proven ability to lead architecture discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with production deployments on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Track record of driving platform adoption and consumption growth.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Desirable: healthcare data standards and pharma/biotech domain exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery through deployment.
• Lead complex architecture discussions across data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.
