Job summary

OneImaging is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead onboarding and system integrations for healthcare customers. You will coordinate data feeds, manage cross-functional workstreams, and guide customers from kickoff to go-live, ensuring a smooth launch and high satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in implementation or related roles, strong technical aptitude for data exchanges, and a proven ability to scale operations in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Implementation Management or related client-facing roles in digital health.
• Strong technical aptitude with data feeds, integrations and system configurations.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and scale implementation operations in a fast-growing org.
• Experience with healthcare benefits programs and vendor partners.
• Proven track record in cross-functional project delivery and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, Ops and Support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new customers, including kickoff, planning, timelines, configuration, testing, training and go-live.
• Manage customer-specific data feeds and integrations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders at multiple levels during implementation.
• Drive milestones, identify risks, and ensure projects stay on track via cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to optimize onboarding workflows and scaling processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support for seamless launches.
• Support cross-functional operational and strategic initiatives as needed.
