Job summary

Hello Patient is scaling its Implementation team and seeking an Implementation Specialist to help practices launch on Hello Patient. You’ll configure workflows, manage timelines, and coordinate with clinicians, ops managers, and executives to drive adoption.

You’ll work with AI Agent PMs, engineers, and customer success to surface risks early, unblock work, and ensure clean handoffs post-launch. This high-ownership role centers customers’ outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software implementation, onboarding, or technical project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfort with clinicians, operators, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure Hello Patient workflows to match practice operations.
• Drive implementation plans with weekly milestones and unblock blockers.
• Support AI Agent Product Managers on net-new launches and pilots.
• Provide structure with project plans, status updates, and risk tracking.
• Deliver customer trainings and create enablement materials.
• Ensure teams are ready at launch and confident using the product.
