Responsibilities

• Lead engagement economics, budgeting, and billing for healthcare projects.
• Develop financial and operational models; present to clients.
• Drive KPI development and performance improvement initiatives.
• Guide client discussions at executive levels; manage project teams.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to talent development.
